As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

Had lymphatic drainage full body Deeply relaxing, afterwards felt very thirsty so just took on extra water. Due to having underactive thyroid and no gallbladder felt it’s the right option for me to help with toxin build up from medication Rachel was so good dry brushing, the right pressure the right oils. Thanks Rachel certainly made me feel uplifted light meal then early night re booking for 3 weeks time. Recommend anyone with autoimmune or inflammation definitely recommend 🙏❤️🌻🐝

I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. The massage was wonderful and the reflexology was incredible. Such a lovely, relaxing experience from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and already wanting to book again 💕

Rachel is an extremely talented and gifted therapist. She’s able to apply different pressures and techniques depending upon your needs and what you are comfortable with. My right knee was extremely painful due to degenerative osteoarthritis “ and a whole lot of gardening. I needed firm manipulation of the joints and fairly firm pressure to get all the limp and facia moving. Went in limping came out after an extended appointment relief and not stiff. This is my choice of medicine instead of prescription pain relief, will be ongoing therapy but it’s better for my gut bio. Thank you Rachel 🙏

I have been going to Jane for treatments for a number of years and she is completely amazing. The whole treatment is always the most relaxed I ever feel as I find it hard to switch off. I would highly recommend Jane for any massage, reiki, reflexology or facial as you really won’t find better.

My first treatment with Jo, and it is honestly up there with the best treatments I have had. The reflexology was absolutely amazing. Jo has such a natural way of working with the body, and you can tell her intent and passion for what she does shines through. Lucy is just the loveliest human being, she was so gracious when I arrived very late due to travel issues (from Solihull) and gave me options in order to accommodate me so I didn't have a wasted journey. Not the best circumstances to arrive for a massage but Lucy helped me relax immediately. This was my second visit, a warm friendly welcome, Lucy worked her magic and my tension just melted away, a thoroughly relaxing experience with helpful aftercare advice. Highly recommend
