I had such a wonderful manicure and pedicure experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The salon was spotless, relaxing, and had such a calming atmosphere—it felt like the perfect little escape. My technician was amazing—so gentle, attentive, and precise. She really took her time with both the manicure and pedicure, paying attention to every little detail. The foot soak and massage were incredibly relaxing, and the manicure left my hands and nails looking absolutely perfect. I walked out feeling refreshed, pampered, and so happy .

Putu is one of the best therapists. Today was my first pre natal massage and i recommend her to everyone! Will definitely be visiting soon!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Dewi Ratna has very good technique and perfect pressure. Lily on reception greeted me with such a nice smile and is a ray of sunshine. Great experience all round!

Truly healing- Balinese massage and a facial. Had therapist- Putu. She had firm but gentle hands with exactly the amount of pressure I needed, and it was a blessing. Have tried out multiple spas in various hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi but this spa experience was good enough for me to think of booking Fairmont again on my family’s next short break.

Always excellent service, have been visiting The Village Mall branch for years and continues to be my favorite branch. All of the therapists have been great though highly recommend Natalie and Helen for deep tissue massage’s.
