Its not just the best massage you could every possibly have (highly rec Indian head massage) its everything that comes with it Alaines care and thought that goes into YOU from the moment you walk in she always goes above and beyond from the lovely herbal drinks, to her amazing products and essential oils,the stunning spa sanctuary she has created, to being a safe outlet to offload about life she always makes you feel seen & pampered! Lovely treatment, I was sore from my sciatica, the massage & silicone cup helped ease my pain. Marta is very knowledgeable about conditions. I do recommend the magnesium balm she sells to. Im regular client monthly visits. Highly recommended

I had a deeply relaxing Indian head massage with Ellie as part of her case study. She skilfully balanced gentle massage, breath work, and invigorating movements. As I’m in my third trimester, she adapted the treatment with care and explained each adjustment, such as lighter pressure on shoulders and ears and avoiding the mouth area. I appreciated her knowledge and professionalism. Ellie made me feel completely at ease, and her technique was confident and nurturing.

Ellie has such a calming and reassuring manner about her that I instantly felt relaxed. We chatted through issues that I was dealing with and what I wanted to get out of the treatment which was mainly to de-stress and feel relaxed. Ellie definitely achieved that with a wonderful Indian head massage that relaxed me so much I could have fallen asleep! The whole session felt peaceful and unrushed. I would definitely go back.

Ellie was warm and open, she immediately put me at ease and explained what the treatment was all about. I’ve had other massage treatments before, but not Indian Head massage, and not with Ellie. It was very relaxing and there was a lot more work on my arms, shoulders and back which I was not expecting and also on my face. The treatment was very nurturing and I felt calm and happy afterwards, I took this with me into the following few days at home with the kids. It was a very positive experience and I will be back!
