She is so friendly, kind and welcoming and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The reflexology left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. As always, Izabela works miracles. Following a climb of Ben Nevis that properly hurt my back and calf muscles, the session helped me recover much more quickly and I noticed pretty much immediate relief from pain. Just amazing, thank you Izabela 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I had an immersive energy healing session with Izabela today and it was incredible. As someone who lives alone I often go long periods without physical touch, so from the moment I arrived I felt completely held and safe in the beautiful sanctuary she has created. We began with a chat and a cacao intention setting ceremony before the most deeply healing massage. With instruments like tuning forks, shamanic drumming and koshi chimes I felt wrapped in calming, high vibrational energy. I left feeling lighter, grounded and deeply cared for. I cannot wait to book again.
