Amazing sports massage. I’ve been really struggling with my neck and have had reduced mobility and pain stopping me sleeping. Two sessions with Sadi and it’s almost fully resolved. Literally the best sports massage I’ve ever had

Great first sports massage at Nova. Sadi was very knowledgeable and got straight to work on my problem areas, identifying the issues quickly and talking me through them. Setup is quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend.

As a carer for my disabled daughter I very rarely get time to fully switch off and do something just for me. I had my first Japanese head spa with Jasmine last week and it definitely won't be my last! From the moment you walk in the building the space is so calming, well thought out and beautifully decorated. Jasmine is a wonderful, gentle soul and the actual treatment itself is fabulous. I really recommend splashing out and adding the facial, my skin hasn't looked this good in years and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed, just the reset my nervous system needed!
