I had my sports massage taster session with Alan this morning. My shoulders and lower back were my main concerns for today, Alan went through what could be causing these issues. We carried out different movements so he could physically see how my areas were reacting before massaging. This was my first sports massage session ever, and what a difference just from having a little done in that time! I would recommend Alan to anyone thinking about having this kind of massage! Been struggling with a stiff neck and pains in my back for over 2 months now. Paul got to work loosening up and massaging the tight muscles and I already feel a million times better. I got some great advice on how to stop hunching my shoulders (the root of my issues) and exercises to help strengthen the muscles i didn’t even realise were underdeveloped. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great chat and friendly too and the new facility at OneSpace is top notch.

I’ve just finished my first sports massage and I can’t believe how light and flexible my neck and shoulders feel after just one session. I’ve suffered from neck issues for years, and I can definitely feel that Alan has worked his magic! He was professional, knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease. Second sports massage with Vikki. Vikki is really knowledgeable and made sure to work on specific areas of pain. Would love to say to was a relaxing experience but its a sports massage 🙂 Already booked in for the next few.

My issues were due to lesion over motor cortex with muscle atrophy and tight muscles all down right side. Alan was great. Identified the problem areas straight away. Recognised how deep he could go and massaged my foot, ankle and other problematic areas. Definitely feel looser and more mobile. Clearly knows his stuff

SPORTS AND REMEDIAL Alan provided an excellent Sports and Remedial massage with a focus on my “sore “ knee. After an initial discussion about my knee pain, he explained the cause of very tight quads, hamstrings and IT band. Then he massaged a range of areas explaining as we went along. Alan provided an excellent massage service meeting me exactly on time and explaining his work in a comfortable environment. I left feeling much much better, understanding my body and will return. Sammie done my daughters makeup for her prom and done an amazing job. She took time to find out exactly what my daughter wanted. She was so accommodating with everything from appointment time, our tight schedule and with my daughters requests for tweaks and additions to the makeup look. Not only that but Samantha was very easy to talk to and made us feel very welcome.
