Oh my goodness! I’ve been seeing Carmen for reflexology for many years and have always had fantastically beneficial sessions. This last visit is so worthy of a review. I went in to the appointment feeling stressed about workload, not enough hours in the day, time management etc. When I came out I felt like I was walking on a cloud and nothing actually mattered - relaxation had certainly resumed. Carmen works magic!

Always a great experience, especially the reflexology and reiki I had today, as it helps my PCOS symptoms and stress levels immensely. I find that booking these treatments when I do, generally every couple of weeks, works really well, particularly if you have quite a stressful lifestyle or things have happened recently, as the grounding really helps. Value for money! 😃

A great experience as always! As a PCOS sufferer, the treatments that Sarah provides to help me manage some of the symptoms of this condition, namely reflexology, reiki and IPL laser hair removal, are amazing & highly recommended! I cannot thank Sarah enough for how caring and welcoming she is. Some people may think the treatments are pricey but for the effectiveness and positive impact that they give you are definitely worth it, especially from a well-being perspective! Sarah is very attentive and her calm nature makes you feel very relaxed from the moment you step into the beautiful cabin. The hot stone massage was amazing it was my first time and I felt aches melt away. You can tell Sarah is very passionate about her skill as it wasn’t rushed at all and so calming. I tried reflexology for the first time & I’ll be the first to admit I was dreading it but I loved it!!! What Sarah could tell me at the end is extraordinary and extremely helpful. I’m looking forward to booking with Sarah again.

Carmen’s magical touch allows me to relax into her hot stone reflexology. I usually have very ticklish feet - with some guidance and communication Carmen ensures I get a full treatment that isn’t too tickly for me yet still gives me all the BENEFITS! Would highly recommend ⭐️

Truly amazing treatment, felt like I was floating! Carmen listened to everything and adapted my treatment with reflexology lymphatic drainage as well as aiding hormone rebalancing. I've been having reflexology and massage therapies for the last decade due to managing long term illnesses. I started seeing Sarah at the end of last year and immediately I could tell, she genuinely loves what she does. She has a warm smile and a personality to match and she has such a lovely relaxing space. I've now had several sessions including massage, reflexology and a gel pedicure. I've loved every single one. My favourite is the massage and reflexology combination which I had today and just about to book in my next one, as Sarah is just fabulous!
