I’ve been having a series of regular deep tissue massages with Kirstie, and the difference in my back has been incredible. This latest session focused on my shoulders and back, and it was exactly what I needed — firm, targeted, and deeply effective. Kirstie really understands how to work out long-standing tension and knots, leaving me feeling lighter, looser, and completely relaxed. My back pain has eased so much since starting these treatments, and I genuinely feel the lasting benefits after each visit. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with stiffness or ongoing back issues!

I recently had a deep tissue massage with Kirstie and it was exactly what I needed. She was professional, attentive, and skilled at targeting the tension in my back and shoulders. Her pressure was firm but never uncomfortable, and she checked in often to ensure I was okay. I left feeling lighter and much of the deep muscle tightness was gone. The space was clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend Kirstie if you’re dealing with stress or chronic tension—she made a real difference.

First time meeting with Tracey, on 16th instant, behind having had increasingly heavily swollen ankles & legs over the past 2-3 years for which the NHS can only offer Furosemide (in increasing doses!!!). Both I and my husband found Tracey to be very professional & very thorough. After all the usual health checks, she carefully explained what she was about to do and why! The Treatment itself was totally pain free and relaxing, the latter due in great measure to Tracey's manner throughout. Thank you Tracey - AND - I'm COMING BACK next week!!! Anne C McLauchlan

Usually Tracey provides me with regular maintenance massage therapy, however recently I had a back pain incident for which I required a little more specialised care. Tracey safely released the painful areas and within three sessions, plus a little work on my part, I was able to get back to low level training at the gym. I felt very glad to have her on call when I needed and this is the fastest return to activity after such an incident that I've experienced.

Sarah was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly accommodating in finding an appointment time that worked for me and made me feel welcome and completely at ease as soon as I arrived. I had a full body massage and facial, and both treatments were amazing – so relaxing and exactly what I needed. The whole experience felt professional, calming and personalised. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and already looking forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend Sarah and will definitely be back!

Most amazing mix of Swedish/Hot Stone Massage with Victoria today. She made me feel so welcome, relaxed and muscles far less tense than before with her fantastic professional and friendly manner. She also carried out candling treatment which was so zen and relaxed. She is excellent at what she does. 5* and will definitely be back! Thank you🤍

I had a deep tissue massage focused on my back, neck, and shoulders, and it was exactly what I needed. The therapist was professional, attentive, and applied the perfect amount of pressure to work through the tension and knots that had built up over time.
