What a lovely experience at Aughton head spa . Helen was professional yet approachable. I had a signature facial and head massage which were both amazing. Quality products were used throughout and the added touch of herbal tea made it feel like I was in a top end spa. I will definitely be returning !!

Helen delivered a beautiful and totally relaxing experience. The head, face, shoulder and arm massage was lovely and the products she used smelled and felt fabulous. Helen let me choose which aroma I preferred and explained what the different oils can help with. Her treatment room is warm , tastefully designed and welcoming. I had such a relaxing head massage with Helen on what was a difficult day for me. Her energy and kindness put me completely at ease from the start, her care and attention was genuine and her technique was amazing — all the stress and tension just melted away. I left feeling calm, refreshed, and so much more relaxed. Such a lovely experience, I’ll definitely be back again. X

Went for the mind and scalp rebalance - it was gorgeous. I’ve had a lot of treatments from different spas but I think this was my favourite! So relaxing can’t wait to go back at some point.

The calm surroundings. Friendliness of host. Lovely touches, tea, water and slices of oranges. Beautiful relaxation room Stunning sensory experience. Beautiful facial, arm, neck and decolletage massage. Wonderful value for money. Totally blissfully relaxing. Would highly recommend.

It was amazing and so relaxing, Helen is lovely explained everything before we started as never had one before, I was a bit worried as lost my son in April and when my body and mind stop I tend to cry explained it all to Helen she put me at ease. I didn’t cry I actually fell asleep instead it was first time in along time I felt so relaxed. Would definitely recommend it.

Rachel is fantastic, I have been to see her 3 times and have already noticed such a difference in my inflammation on my skin. Her recommendations have really helped and she has been so reassuring with working out a plan for my regime. The treatment itself is so soothing and relaxing and she talks you through every step which is so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
