This was one of the best relaxation treatments I have experienced. Martyna has curated a warm, cosy and comfortable environment where you can lean fully into the self care experience. She is thoughtful, open, nurturing and I found it very easy to relax in the space with her. I often find this difficult to achieve in ‘beauty’ environments so I mean it when I say that Martyna has created something truly special. We are very lucky to have her in Perth and I am already looking through my diary to schedule my next unwinding session with her. ❤️

It was my first time in Martyna’s new treatment room today. It was the perfect temperature, thoughtfully laid out and very easy to relax in. I tried the Lift and Release Facial Massage this time and it was exactly what I needed! I loved the feel of the rollers and the pressure point holds. I do hold a lot of tension in my jaw and neck and Martyna expertly massaged and loosened up the fascia in those areas as I quietly melted into the bed and hoped it would never end. The time always goes so fast!

Amazing first massage at My Body My Temple. I was recommended to visit My Body My Temple by a friend of mine as I have been having problems with my shoulders. I had the head, neck and shoulder massage. Most massages I have had at different spa’s in the past, just concentrated on the areas that you had paid for, but this time not only were by shoulders massaged but so was my spine with connecting tissues. Will certainly go again and thank you.

Absolutely loved my facial with Martyna! From the moment I walked in, the treatment room felt so welcoming, with beautiful lighting and the most gorgeous-smelling oils. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing, but what made it extra special was Martyna. Her calm and gentle nature instantly made me feel at ease and helped me slow down and switch off after such a busy day. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and so much calmer. Had the most incredible 2-hour experience yesterday and I’m honestly still thinking about it 🤍 Maryna was amazing, she instinctively knew exactly where I was holding tension without me needing to say much. My shoulders and neck have been so tight lately (definitely not helped by being in between houses and sleeping on a spare mattress), but she worked through it all so intuitively. From the moment I left, I felt completely relaxed, like a weight had genuinely been lifted. You know when your body just feels lighter? That. Already can’t wait to go back!
