I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly.
