Alina is the best nail technician by far in Colchester. I recommend her by all means and I don't go to anyone else. The shaping of the nails is perfect every time, her gel technique is amazing and her guidance is super professional. The service is also great in the salon- coffee and tea are offered, no chemical smell (like in other nail salons) and kind staff.

A jewel in the heart of Prettygate, staff are professional, friendly and kind. My nails look better than they have done for ages- what a morale boost! And there's aircon... highly recommended.

Lovely red manicure done by Chloe. I didn’t have a pedicure booked but needed my toes previous polish removed at least for a forthcoming wedding. Sarah kindly squeezed in a polish removal and matching re-polish which I really appreciated given how busy they were. Great, professional and friendly service. Would recommend!

Wow my hair is in such good condition 1yr on! I LOVE it Angelina.❤️ Thankyou x I had 3 emergency brain surgeries March 2025 & Ange has worked her magic. Each side was growing at different speeds, lengths & thicknesses due to hospital head shaving but the shape has balanced out. A clever side parting suggested I had, so my hair loss 1 side is less noticeable for me now. The duo combination of reds Ange uses is so warming but vibrant enough too & she puts it on 3 areas in 3 stages due to how my hair absorbs the colour.😀 This lady's knowledge is inspiring. My thick curly hairs now curl.mazing!

After having acrylic extensions my nails needed some serious TLC, Becca worked her magic with builder gel and my natural nail is stronger than ever! I wanted the prefect natural nude colour for work and it was no trouble for Becca she nailed it! The loveliest lady always a real treat visiting for a manicure and always looking forward to my next appointment.

I haven't had my nails done in a few years so was a bit worried. Amy was soooo welcoming and accommodating, I immediately felt comfortable. She was incredibly helpful and clearly extremely knowledgeable. She asked lots of questions to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. They are the perfect, length, shape, colour and the beautiful flowers she drew are honestly the cutest!! I highly recommend Amy and will definitely be back! :)

Lovely ladies. Great salon. Use the gel bottle and ID mail colours with great range of glitters. Always leave the salon a happy customer with a fresh manicure.

Maria is the only person I’ve ever trusted with my hair. She’s incredibly experienced with all hair types including curly and Afro hair and consistently delivers the best balayage results. I was looking for a hairdressers, as I have only recently moved to Colchester. I walked in on the off chance and I cannot say how pleased I did. Mary styled my hair exactly as I requested, and a few days later I went back for a perm not curly but for the body. I was extremely happy with the results, I will definitely recommend and will be going back.
