overall, it great service and experience. I wasn't completely happy with the curl lift on my lashes as they are very long and also with the brow waxing underneith, it wasnt left straight on one of them. this is just my experience and me being nit-picky.

My lashes look full, natural, and last for weeks without needing a touch-up, and she shapes my brows perfectly every time — clean, even, and flattering to my face shape. Her attention to detail and precision is unmatched. If you're looking for someone who truly knows what they are doing, Sus is it. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes or brows!

Obsessed is the biggest understatement! I have searched thick and thin for a good lash tech and sus is so far from good she is perfect! We had a very thorough consultation at the beginning which made me feel so much more heard and made me feel as though she wanted my lashes to be to my liking. Arabella is the ULTIMATE QUEEN of Brows!!! Having lived in Sydney/Northern Beaches my whole life, I’ve tried A LOT of different places for my brows... The difference between the other places and Ara is her expertise in shaping/tinting to the point I look back at photos before, and she has made my whole face change with the always giving me the perfect brows, and every time I see her it's like she does it even better, and better!
