I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

I was a bit nervous about having a lash lift and brow lamination as I really wanted it to look natural but oh my goodness did Lucy deliver. I LOVE them!! It was such a peaceful, relaxing experience and I’m so happy with the results. I couldn’t recommend more x

I am very happy with my Korean eyelash lift and tint. Lucy was very thorough and careful in her application and was also very informative about the aftercare. I can recommend Lucy highly. The ambience of her treatment room is also very nice, and relaxing.

Billie is absolutely fantastic. It was my first time getting my brows and lashes done and Billie was so kind, patient and reassuring. She explained to me what she was doing throughout and made me feel so relaxed. I am SO pleased with my brows and lashes, she did a brilliant job and they look amazing!
