Lucy is fabulous, her lamination skills are second to none. My eyelashes have never been so long, Lucy recommended a serum, it's lasted 7 months, which is incredible in itself. The result is that I have to wear my glasses lower down on my nose as they brush the lenses every time I blink 😁 my brows look the best they have looked in 30 years 😍 she's truly the best in bromsgrove.

Gail was the 3rd lady who had done my brows, the 1st two I wasn't impressed and never went back... Gail on the other hand is absoultley fantastic, she is well worth visiting if you want your brows done properly, she makes you feel so welcome love her to bits. Xx

Absolutely amazing felt so up beat when G had finished both my treatments, I have had 2 precious microblading by other ppl, but they say 3rd time lucky and I definitely was lucky, I can't explain how I'm feeling, I will definitely be going bk for top up, Thank you so much G xx

My experience with Gayle was unbelievable. She is such a gracious and professional lady! She talked me through everything at my pre appointment then my eyebrows themselves are stunning 🌟 Gayle reassured me and made me feel completely relaxed as I was restless about the treatment. Gayle talked me through every stage (which I've never experienced before) and as said amazing eyebrows. Would definitely go back again and highly recommend 😃

It was the first time I went to this salon and I felt very good. Arla, the director, was really professional and talented. I have recently moved to the area and so needed to find a new hairdresser/salon which can be extremely nerve wracking as it’s hard to trust someone you’ve only just met. However, as soon as I came to VIP for my consultation I was immediately put at ease and felt extremely comfortable. The pricing was fully explained to me and the products they use are such high quality. Arla listened to all of my wants and needs from the get go, and I have now been for two appointments and can’t wait for my next!Every visit has been so enjoyable, the whole team are a delight and are so inclusive,thank you 🙏💕
