Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

Dan was amazing, had a locked lower back and needed urgent attention before going on holiday in a few days. Everything from the consultation to the various treatment I received in the space of 90 mins was nothing short of superb. I found the Groupon voucher for -inside Out Regeneration and it was really worth. Would recommend and use again!

Cannot recommend enough! A thorough consultation with Dr Nasira who gave genuine and valuable advice. The treatments she delivered were absolutely perfect, carefully taking the time to get the best results. My treatments were followed up with clear aftercare advice to follow. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I've had over five treatments at this clinic so far, and I've always had a great experience. The practitioner is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. She's great to talk to during appointments and is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. One thing I particularly appreciate is how approachable and responsive she is if I have any questions or concerns after a treatment. It's reassuring to know that support is available if needed. Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

I recently visited for a body treatment, and I couldn't be more impressed. The service was top-tier from start to finish—the team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. ​What really stood out was the expert advice I received. I was originally booked for a combination of Ultrasonic Cavitation, Radio-frequency skin tightening, and vacuum suction contouring. However, after a thorough consultation, the staff recommended a different treatment approach that they believed would be more beneficial and yield better results for my specific needs.
