After opening back up from the COVID shutdown, Donna helped me and counseled me on how to transition from a "bottle brunette" to my now new natural silver/gray hair. SUCCESS!!! Kim, the owner of Changes, has done an incredible job putting in all the critical safety measures during COVID. Her shop is always clean, friendly and the seasonal decorations are beautiful and fun.
