I had a body wave perm with Sam and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! I couldn’t find anyone in Newcastle who offered the kind of perm I was looking for, so I travelled to Lancaster to see Sam—and it was 100% worth it. My hair has beautiful, soft waves with so much more volume and movement, and it still feels healthy. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone thinking about getting a perm. Thank you so much! ❤️

I had a lash lift and brow lamination with Molly a couple of days ago. I am so pleased with the results from both treatments. The lash lift is perfect and my brows look amazing - Molly created a defined brow whilst taking my age (50+) and colouring into consideration. I have received many compliments so I will definitely have to book again!!

My granddaughters (ages 5 & 7) had appointments with Eva for their Halloween party nails. 👻 She was absolutely wonderful with them - showing them different designs, discussing colour themes and nail art. Really pleased with my lips after having lip blush carried out by Sammy. She was very professional throughout and had a selection of colours to choose from. I was very nervous choosing the right colour and Sammy was excellent in guiding me. I would highly recommend this treatment.

Alex reached out to me following from my appointment booking. She was attentive and supportive about my decision to go from a box dye to something I feel comfortable with - she talked me through the process and gave me options. I’m looking forward to the process over a course of time but she made me feel at ease and was easy to talk to - ready for the next step!

Fantastic, great massage. Also had an eyebrow tintI’ve tried a lot of salons for eyebrow tint and it’s always way to dark even when I ask not to leave it on long and to use a light colour but here they were perfect
