Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

Fantastic experience yesterday with Adam. Highlights were perfect just how I wanted them. He was very professional, his customer service towards the clients was amazing and he was so polite and well mannered. Nothing was to much trouble. Also a young girl who I believe is an apprentice there was so willing to learn and hung on his every word when he spoke and guided her in the right direction. I will definitely be back for this service with Adam and cannot recommend it highly enough. What a great team member and asset. Many thanks Adam I love it.

Megan was absolutely amazing. The minute I sat in the chair she made me feel at ease . She listened to everything I was concerned about and we spoke in depth about the tone and colours I wanted we decided on going with a half head balayage with ashy blonde tones and it’s safe to say she absolutely smashed it. Fantastic experience. I went for highlights to blend grey and layered mid-length cut. Katie listened so carefully to what I wanted and did it beautifully. She was very attentive and customer care there was superb. Would highly recommend.

Extremely happy with my experience. Katie did exactly what I wanted and the highlights and toner were expertly done. The salon has a lovely calm atmosphere and all staff are very professional, friendly and welcoming. This is my second visit and I would highly recommend.

I had never been to this salon before but was really pleasantly surprised. I had Laura this afternoon and she was incredible. She tidied up my hair and took a lot of the weight out. My hair looks very glossy now. Would highly recommend this salon.
