Kerys was brilliant from start to finish. Really listened to the vague idea I wanted and took the time to understand what I was struggling with. The balayage is perfect and the cut is exactly what I was hoping for - feels so much lighter and easier to look after

Emily did an amazing job with my hair it was just the tonic I needed! I had half head highlights with a cut and finish the head massage was lovely. Emily listens carefully to what you want I would highly recommend her.

Had my balayage touch up with Dorisa. She has magic in her hands 😍 have returned to her several times and every time so pleased with the results. 8 months after I still get many compliments on my hair colour. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

I had my first ever non bleach balayage and I love it! I wanted a very subtly look and that’s what I got. Perfect! Loved the service and the salon :)

This salon is really one in a million. Was booked in for balayage and haircut with the lovely Kerys and whilst there - Martyna managed to squeeze me in to fix a broken nail, Mandeep got me in for some threading and the gorgeous manager Georgie offered a complimentary trim for my baby’s hair. When my little girl was brought in by Dad, she wasn’t in the mood but the girls went above and beyond to make her smile - she even got some chocolate cake and a sticker! This salon can’t do enough for their customers and that shines through in all of them :) well done to all the team at Gracie B xx

I normally get my roots done with Somia and she always does an amazing job. Today I got a balayage, roots and a cut by dorisa and she was also insanely amazing. She knows how to play with colours to compliment a client well and is extremely talented. Sundas also helped with my service and over all I was extremely satisfied. In my local area we lack a good hair salon so I was previously relying on a mobile hairstylist. Discovering malayage 1 - 2 years ago has been the best thing ever for my hair journey!!

Kerys was my stylist today and did an excellent job of revitalising my highlights. Finished off with a cut and blow dry -love the style and my hair feels really well conditioned and has a really healthy looking shine. Thank you.

Michelle was an absolute delight! Friendly, warm, funny! It had been a long time since I last had a haircut and she made me feel so at ease and I adore my new hair do (new french bob with balayage). Would recommend definitely Michelle and GracieB!

I had an amazing experience with my hairstylist today. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. All day since having my hair done I have felt a million dollars. Iv had a nap, been to the gym and still my hair looks super cute, healthy and just perfect. The blowdry is curly, volume is and makes me look super chic. The highlights are so natural and lowkey I feel girly and pretty but not overdone. My hair has been trimmed too and he's not taken loads off so listened to my exact request. Niko is honestly the best most skilled hair stylist. I trust him with my locks and that's massive for me!!! Such a good experience!! My hair was so damaged and had all sorts of colours going on but Ana was so patient with it and knew exactly how to colour correct it all and achieve the balayage shade that I wanted even though my Asian hair would’ve been a lot harder to lift and I’m so happy with the results!! Can’t recommend Ana enough it was the best experience through and through and she’s got a lovely personality to go with her experience 💕

I had a wonderful experience at Ann’s Nails & Beauty today. The salon was very nice and welcoming (they also had fans to keep it cool in the 30 deg heat and offered drinks to all clients). My set of french BIAB nails by Lilly are perfect and my lash tint by Ann is also faultless. Thanks very much both, I look forward to returning and hope to try more of the treatments/services you have on offer :)
