This is without a doubt the best salon in Bournemouth. I get a lot of compliments on my cut since I discovered Redlocks. Paula is so professional, very experienced and really listens to her clients.

Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

There is nothing I can say that will truly explain how amazing Ell is! From consultation to appointment, everything exceeded my expectations. I went in for balayage and extensions and she went above and beyond to make sure I left more than over the moon with the results. Her talent, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful hair and an amazing salon experience. Thank you Georgie for my beautiful blonde highlights. Georgie is a very professional hairdresser, very knowledgeable and knows exactly what will look right with her customers. Both my daughters are also her clients. Excellent customer service, very friendly and chatty. I am delighted. Next appointment rebooted for December. Caroline the Owner is always very friendly and chatty and the salon is beautiful and very contemporary. 5 stars 🌟

Zara-Jade was amazing! My cut and highlights were done to perfection, and I was blown away by her knowledge and expertise. She was incredibly friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I cannot recommend Zara-Jade enough.

I rang the salon today and spoke to Georgie and thanked her for the fab haircut and highlights she did yesterday for my youngest daughter. I then asked if she could cut my hair and she fitted me in today at 5pm. I had a consultation with George wash and cut I am so delighted with my fab new haircut is fantastic. The personal service is excellent, modern, fresh salon, lovely products. We've been customers for 11 years both my daughters and I love the service and attention and thank Caroline and her wonderful team. Highly recommended 5 stars

Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

I’ve just had hair extensions fitted with Michael, as well as a balayage refresh. The hair extensions are amazing quality, and I’ve had so many compliments already! I was worried they might be uncomfortable, but the fitting is great, and I barely know they’re there! Worth the investment if you are looking for lovely long hair!

First visit to Michael , I am one of the many wanting to embrace my natural colour now after years of highlighting my hair - I had grown the highlights out for 6 months. Michael toned my hair to blend the old highlights in and then did a great choppy cut. Haircut fabulous, colour is great - just different/darker to how I normally have it - blends well though. Let’s see if I can get used to it! Excellent friendly professional service and advice.
