Ruby was so calm and friendly, which helped so much as I suffer with anxiety. Remained professional the whole time, the colour was outstanding, and I gave her free choice for colour and cut. I walked out looking a different person. She also provided advice for my hair after I asked for her opinion, can't wait to come back.

I arrived with a plea for a big change and 754 inspo photos. By asking several well-chosen questions Nicola was able to provide me with something that was exactly what I wanted even though I wasn’t sure what I really wanted! Lovely atmosphere as usual. Brilliant

Faultless facial, which is more like 3 treatments in one, facial, back & shoulder massage & head & neck. The massages are great. Had ELT and eyebrow wax, as well. Both excellent and with minimal discomfort.

I had the most exceptional experience at Beauty Retreat Name with Stephanie recently! Stephanie was amazing her cabin where she performed the pregnancy therapy massage was probably one of the best I have been in. It had lovely aesthetics all the top-notch equipment and her bed was so clean and comfortable and I was the first one to use the new pregnancy pillow. I also asked her if she didn’t mind doing my eyebrows while I was there and she had no hesitation yes thank you so much. I will see you again soon. That was my first pregnancy massage and I’m so happy it was such a good experience for myself.

Really great experience…Orla is so lovely… I visited with my mum and daughter for a range of waxing treatments and Orla was fantastic (& it didn’t hurt at all!). My daughter had her brows done too and she is over the moon with them! We will be back for sure! The salon is so lovely too… very boutique. Great experience! Highly recommend!
