Whilst also making sure you get the best piercing possible when balancing body anatomy and your preference. She talks you through the process before/during/after and really makes the whole process a safe space for questions, or breaks jf you need it. Sasha was absolutely amazing!!! She is such a lovely person and a great piercer. She made me feel so at ease for my first piercing. I would so recommend her for any piercing, whether its your first or youve had some done before. Also shout out to Morgan who was in the reception for making me feel so chill before my appointment, really helped to calm my nerves. Honestly was such a great experience thank you so much!!

My daughter had her ears pierced for her 6th birthday today and the whole experience was fab! She was a little nervous but was made to feel heard, safe and well looked after. Everyone working there was absolutely lovely. The aftercare was explained really well and we’d definitely go back again. Thank you so much, my daughter is super happy with her new sparkly ears! ✨

Amazing experience will 1000% be back as soon as I possibly can. Very comfortable, lovely staff all so friendly and easy to talk to. I wasn’t sure on a few things and I asked a few questions which was no issue at all. I went in for 1 definite one and 1 that I wasn’t sure on and left with 3. LIFE CHANGING piercing experience. Olive is absolutely incredible - perfect mix of professional (gentle hand with the actual piercing, it went so smoothly) and lovely (lovely does not do justice), listened to and had answers or suggestions for everything, helped try out a variety of pieces (from a cute + high quality selection of jewellery) and settle on the right options for which i’m VERY excited. we did today’s with some future piercings considered, planning out the big picture composition of my ears (all time first for me). overall, floored and awed and five stars is not enough. thank you!

My daughter came today for 2 piercings, nose & belly button. Michelle was very professional & so lovely & friendly who h definitely put my daughter at ease, she didn't even flinch! Studio was spotless on arrival & thoroughly cleaned after piercings. Aftercare was given to us. All in all very very pleased with our visit & will be booking back in for more services.

Came for both a tattoo and piercing on the same day. Shaun as always is an excellent tattoo artist and always receptive to your ideas, highly knowledgable and surprisingly gentle! I trust him entirely. Olive was an absolute gem. Excellent energy and put me entirely at ease for my first piercing experience. Super helpful and again… surprisingly gentle!! Always a joy to visit 😘

Took my son for his first piercing. Michelle was very professional and has very high standards of cleanliness. Everything was explained and put my son at ease. Excellent customer service. He's already planning what he wants next and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
