I absolutely love going to Dune she is great at what she does and she is always kind and if I change my mind last minute on the colour or what i want on my nails she doesn't get upset she just goes with it with a smile on her face. She is easy to talk to and always makes me feel at home.

Michelle has all the patience in the world, walked into the salon this morning with a disaster on my head and Michelle helped me straight away, and took all her time trying to correct what a box dye had done. Super super amazing. I’ve had my lashes done a few times before at other places and they always seem to glue my eyelids shut or get glue in my eyes. Every time without fail. I thought it was normal. Until I went to Berta. Game changer. Opened my eyes with no hassles. No glue burning and no eyelashes are stuck together. 10/10 I will be back and I won’t ever go anywhere else. Not to mention the lashes look insanely amazing. I can’t even see the glue dots. She has mastered the art.
