Maggie is the Michelangelo of brows. I’ve tried countless technicians and survived shaved, wonky and “permanently surprised” eyebrows, yet I always return to her. She gets it right every time with flawless technique and perfect precision. Her tinting, lash lifts and treatments are just as amazing. After two years with her, I can say confidently: you won’t find a better technician. Support her—she’s the best in Norwich, maybe even the UK.

Best wax ever. Victoria is a gorgeous person who makes you feel completely comfortable and makes the experience as easy as it could possibly be. I would not go anywhere else in Norwich for a wax.

Great experience for my first lash lift and tint. Tash was a delight, she explained every step and very professionally, brought my short, elderly lashes back to life again. I’d been a bit nervous but there really was no need and Tash made me feel really comfortable and at ease. Thank you!

Sally was so, so lovely, she made me feel instantly at ease, and in exchange I gabbed her poor ears off! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 She did an amazing job tinting and lifting my lashes, J would 100% recommend her!

First time of having a lash lift, everything about the whole experience was explained in every stage, and Alexandra was so informative about the upkeep and maintenance of the lashes too, will definitely be coming back in 4 weeks, absolutely amazing all round Alex, thank you so much, one very happy client xx

Shannon is the best lash tech of all time!! The only person I would trust to do my lashes. They last so long and still look great before I have them infilled, I never need to look in the mirror after she’s done my lashes cause she does a brilliant job every time!! 🤩🤩🤩

It was great, I had a half a body spray tan tester. Amy put me at ease immediately and explained the process and aftercare. The coverage was spot on. Am looking forward to my next appointment which will be a full body tan for my daughter’s hen do in Spain. Amy also did a great job on tinting and shaping my eyebrows earlier in the week. I’m very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Being a very busy eyelash technician, I constantly have chronic neck strain and stiffness, Claire is absolutely amazing at getting all of my knots out! I cannot express the relief I feel today having visited her. Amazing 😘

As someone who doesn't normally have her nails done (first time in my 71yrs)it was a lovely experience that I will certainly repeat in the near future. Also I'm seriously considering having my eye lashes tinted and lifted. Most enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend
