The staff is not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly putting you at ease. I often find myself wishing I’d arrived early enough to enjoy their beautiful balcony—an oasis on warmer days. And with this unexpected November warmth, I really missed a chance to unwind there before my appointment. Onur spent time talking with me and we came to agreement on the style (a chic chin length bib with slight texturizing). My hair was long, between my shoulders and elbows, so this was a big change! Onur did a great job. I am very happy with the result and wish I hadn’t waited so long. You’ll be in good hands in a welcoming place.
