I had an amazing experience at Ritzy’s. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The attention to detail was impressive, Dom really listened to what I wanted and delivered a cut that was even better than I imagined. Great fade, and the kind of precision you only get from someone who genuinely cares about their craft. The shop has a great atmosphere friendly, professional, and relaxed we booked my wife in the following day. I left feeling fresh, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit. I came for a perm and I was so pleased. Yaz was so kind and professional in guiding me from start to finish on how to maintain my curls and which aftercare I should use. Loved the vibe in the salon!

It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Polite hairdresser, clean and relaxing place! I will come back!!!

Sophia did a great job on giving me a haircut. It was a very comfortable and relaxing experience and most importantly after she was done, I feel great. The establishment is clean, located in a good area and Sophia herself is a lovely person. I highly recommend, both men and women alike give her a call for an appointment.

Stephanie and Demi were just lovely. Loved the caring and professional services , friendly chat and just calm space which was much needed after months of not being able to give my hair some much needed TLC.
