First time at the salon, had a gorgeous gel mani and pedi with some colourful french tips. So beautifully and professionally done - I love my nails. Salon is super clean and fresh inside, and the two owners are so lovely.

Rhiannon has done my nails twice now (both manicure and pedicure) and I absolutely love them. Perfect shape and she is intuitive as to the colours that I’ll like on my nails and what will suit me and I have had so many compliments on my nails! She’s very detail oriented and we always have a lovely chat while she’s doing my nails.

I had my first visit to Hayato in over a year and had such a lovely experience. Motonali-san did my hair colour beautifully — the tone came out exactly how I wanted, very natural and elegant with great attention to detail. Yuko-san also gave me a fantastic haircut with really soft, natural-looking layers. She is clearly very skilled at creating layers that add movement and shape without looking overdone, and the cut feels light, flattering, and very easy to style. The place was great. Yuko was really nice and cut my hair just as I had wanted, she also gave me some tips and recommendations for my hair which was much appreciated. Also, I wanted to thank the other staff who were all really kind and accomodating.

Abby does a phenomenal job, these are genuinely the best lashes I’ve ever had. I’ve never received more compliments, and they always looked so natural, flattering, and perfectly customized to my features. She’s incredibly professional as well as warm and friendly, and she made every appointment such a lovely experience. She was my first lash tech in London and I never went to anyone else because I never needed to. I’ve just moved to Dubai and I’m so sad to be leaving her. At the end of it, I didn’t just find a lash tech, found a friend. Truly wonderful and so talented.

Welcoming and professional! I really appreciate the time the technician took to understand my needs (I am growing out from previous damage done by another salon) and to make sure I was well taken care of. She explained everything she was doing and why she made the choices she did to put my nail health front and centre. I left with a beautiful manicure and some ideas for next time.

I honestly don’t like to write reviews but after seeing Caitlin I just had to. She is the best nail tech I have ever been to and trust me I’ve been to them all. She does all the prep e.g cuticle work and making sure your natural nails are healthy as my nails where very damaged and thin from seeing high street nail techs, she is super gentle she does the best French tips her work is amazing and last for ages she is truly the best I’ve ever been too and I can no longer go anywhere else as the standard of care and quality is unmatched. Thank you soo much Caitlin I’m always obsessed with my nails

Perfect shape and if you want the most even gorgeous looking french tips or any extra designs and colours, I 100% reccomend finsbury beauty & nails. I was a client for 1 year straight then stopped the process of getting my nails done for a while but eventually found myself back here again. The entire team is full of talents.

Had a great spray tan from Federica for my wedding day. Went for the classic tan and Federica took the time to share hints and tips to prepare for the tan, was very careful but efficient during the appointment and took the time to ensure it was all even once done. I felt like I was in safe hands with Federica!

Abby is the best nail tech ever. She is absolutely meticulous, going over each nail with such detail and leaving everything looking flawless. I’ve had ombré and french tips with gel and BIAB and been so happy with the result each time. My nails have been so damaged in the past at other salons but Abby is so careful with removal to keep your nails healthy. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with my manicure! The shape and design came out exactly how I wanted, and my nails cuticles look so healthy. The nail techs are super friendly, and the location is convenient too — 2 min walk from Leicester sq station. Big plus for me: the place is really clean and hygienic, which I always care about. Defo coming back!

I work around the corner but only just discovered Forever Us and WOW. I had a shellac mani booked on my lunch break. Jila was so quick and so good, I had time to get a pedi done too!! Actually the most professional manicure I've had...ever. And I'm a picky pain. So reasonably priced too. I'll be back...LOTS!!!
