She goes above and beyond and looks into depth about it all to give me great results. She’s got a lovely nature and is extremely welcoming, I love that she knows when I want to chat or when I need that little time to be quiet and enjoy the treatment in silence. 100% recommended and once Natalia is qualified I will most definitely be a regular Thank you xx

The whole process was super smooth, and the attention to detail really stood out. The salon was spotless, and she take hygiene very seriously, which made me feel super comfortable. She created a lovely sparkly design based and explained the steps along the way. She is a true perfectionist in the best way and everything was super clean.
