All the therapists I've seen at Natural Balance have been excellent but Marion really is exceptional. She must have the strongest hands in Brighton and Hove, I always feel incredible afterwards.

Christian was really sweet, professional, and helpful. The session room was cozy, clean, and relaxing, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and comfortable. I really enjoyed my session and would highly recommend Natural Balance therapies.

Absolutely outstanding. Far exceeded expectations. I was in town for a conference and decided I needed a massage. I just found Natural Balance Therapies online and was assigned a therapist according to availability. I've gotten massage therapy from quite a lot of people over the years, and perhaps this was the best one yet. Very impressed with her ability to read the body, find just the right spot, and apply just the right amount of pressure. I felt looser and springier after the session. She's also the only massage therapist who didn't trigger a tickle response ever.

Had good massage there today. Very relaxing and sort my tired body out straight away. the therapist is nice and knowledgeable. It's my second time having massage in nautical balance therapies, all nice experience.

Laura is fantastic! She does an amazing job every time, and the studio is always spotless and welcoming. She has a wonderful way of making the time fly by—I had my lashes done today, which is a two-hour treatment, but we spent the time chatting and it felt like no time at all. She's also incredibly flexible, understanding, and always goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

I had a nice relaxing facial with Roberta, which included a red mask treatment and an excellent lifting massage which was perfect. The room was clean, quiet of external noises, with relaxing music to accompany the treatment. The treatment bed was warm and cosy perfect for when the treatment takes place during the cold winter months. A pleasant experience in total!
