I have been having facials with Rachel for a while now. She is absolutely brilliant. So knowledgeable, kind and keen to give you the best possible experience. She is always looking to improve on the treatments you are having, but equally very considerate of your wishes, budget and overall goals. She offers great tips and advice so you get the best from your treatment and any products. Her facials are technical but also super relaxing and just leave your skin looking fabulous.

I went to Rachel for Cellstory Korean Liquid Microneedling. This was my first facial in years and it was honestly an amazing experience. I had my first Brazilian wax today and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was quite nervous, but she immediately put me at ease by explaining everything she was going to do and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. She was so calm, friendly and welcoming, which made such a difference. She took her time and did everything she could to make the experience as pain-free as possible. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend Harbs Beauty Room to anyone, especially if it’s your first time getting waxed. I’ll definitely be returning!
