The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

Always great service from Anita, would highly recommend for all treatments especially eyebrow threading. My eyebrows were so different before going to Anita and now they are exactly the same, never need to check them either they are always perfect. Thank you Anita.

I’ve been coming to this beauty salon for my eyebrow threading and waxing for a while now, and they never disappoint. The staff are quick, precise, and always make the experience comfortable. My brows come out perfectly shaped every time, and the service is consistently reliable. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hair Muse again. Phoebe as always was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I wanted, offered some great advice, and gave me the best haircut & colour. I left the salon feeling so refreshed and confident. Highly recommend Hair Muse for anyone looking for thoughtful and personalised service.

Minda is lovely and she keeps her beauty salon so clean. All her therapists are great and I love getting either body scrub and eyebrows which always done lovely. Attention to detail here.

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Thank you for being the best hair salon in Leicester ❤️

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

My first time visiting Shaz yesterday and she took great care when doing my waxing and eyebrow tint. My eyebrows looks amazing! And the waxing was great too she made the whole process so easy relaxing and smooth for me. Definitely will be a regular going forwards! Highly recommend! Thank you

It was the first time I have had a lash lift and brow lamination and didn’t know what to expect, but having seen some posts and pics of Mia’s work on Oh So Pretty Insta page, it put my mind at ease. Mia was so lovely, talked me through the whole process and what she was doing throughout my appointment. Made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. She explained all the after care. After decades of tweezer plucking abuse , I thought I’d ruined my eyebrows forever ! Then Goldy appeared in my life ! I am now progressing through a new eyebrow shaping journey and I am so happy and pleased with the progress. Goldy is very thorough, a perfectionist, listens to your anxieties and also what you want and ensures that she matches what you have asked for and never disappoints. I've had my Eyebrows micro bladed and I am so happy with them. They look so natural. Can't thank Goldy enough
