I am very happy with my Korean eyelash lift and tint. Lucy was very thorough and careful in her application and was also very informative about the aftercare. I can recommend Lucy highly. The ambience of her treatment room is also very nice, and relaxing.

I was a bit nervous about having a lash lift and brow lamination as I really wanted it to look natural but oh my goodness did Lucy deliver. I LOVE them!! It was such a peaceful, relaxing experience and I’m so happy with the results. I couldn’t recommend more x

I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

I had the most wonderful first time experience at Tranquility. Lynn was incredibly welcoming and the treatment she gave me was bliss! Also, I must say, it's an absolutely beautiful salon. I couldn't have felt more relaxed and pampered. My skin was honestly glowing afterwards, the very opposite as to how it looked before I walked through the door! Exactly what I had needed. Honestly the best massage I have ever had. I had a very tight and tense back and Lynne ensured that I did not leave feeling the same pain as I walked in with. Her techniques were amazing and she made me feel super comfortable throughout. She also went over the amount of time I paid for as she could just feel I needed a little more time - true professional who clearly puts the customer first. Thank you so much!!!

Really lovely environment. Very soothing and relaxing. The therapist couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. So much so that I had extra treatments on the day added! Very impressed with the waxing products. The therapist had a gentle way about her and it was pain-free. A great all-round experience. Looking forward to my new go-to salon for pampering. Thank you!

Loved it, love my cut. Thanks so much Rhianna! I went in with pics of about 5 different styles I liked and somehow Rhianna worked her magic and turned them into the perfect cut for me. Really listened and understood the more masc style I wanted (unlike other hair stylists I've had in past) and checked in throughout the cut to tweak it as we went. Coffee was also tasty. 100% recommend.

I’ve booked often for massage and it’s an AMAZING experience She is so nice and great at everything she does and has helped me through a lot with my pain I’ve never felt more comfortable than i do in her presence.She is so understanding and focused in making sure im relaxed.
