This is my first experience of a Dermaplane facial. Absolutely amazing. I've been coming to Lucy for years but as I getting older, I realised I need to start taking care of my skin before it's too late. The whole experience was actually really enjoyable and relaxing especially knowing the positive impact on my skin. My skin feels wonderful. Actually glowing. I've already booked my next one.

I always have a fantastic experience with Lucy! She is incredibly professional, friendly, and always makes me feel completely at ease during my leg and bikini wax. The treatment was thorough and almost painless! She uses the highest quality equipment and wax. Lucy clearly knows what she’s doing. Her attention to detail and calming presence made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I left feeling super confident and pampered. I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. The whole experience was professional, calming, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1111 to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and a truly relaxing experience.

Mya looks after me at the Aesthetic Company in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. She is friendly, enthusiastic and excellent at what she does. She has managed to get rid of the red spider veins on my cheeks and around my nose which were making me unhappy about the condition of my skin. I now don’t need to put foundation on my face every day, which I always did, to disguise the red spider veins. I am absolutely delighted and thrilled that I can now go out without my usual make up thanks to feeling happy and confident with my skin. Thanks Mya, you’re a star!
