Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I love my visits to Vanity on Blackbird Road Leicester. The staff are always friendly, professional and offer a high quality service to their customers. The salon is immaculately clean and Covid safe.

I had the most relaxing Hydrafacial with Molly yesterday and it was such a lovely experience. She was so warm and kind, as always, and explained each step, making me feel completely at ease. I also had dermaplaning for the first time, and she did it with so much care and attention. My skin felt incredibly smooth, hydrated, and glowing afterwards. Molly is so professional and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend her and can't wait to book again!

As usual, these ladies do magic work on my feet, managing to get them smooth and colourful each and every time. Whatever I "break", they fix. Their salon is peaceful, quiet, feminine, discreet, just like the name. It's a gentle feminine gem, hidden in the middle of a busy area. Thank you, ladies, for all your hard work! 🙏🏻

She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the finish is flawless. Such a lovely, friendly experience from start to finish. This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester
