Had my hair done with Dani today and what a treat. Dani mixed up 4 different purples and what an amazing job it turned out to be. So vibrant glossy and smooth. Can' praise Dani enough, I love it so much. Thank you xx

Wow I had the best Indian Head Massage with Honor - the pressure was perfect and I went into deep relaxation which is what I needed. Followed by a lovely smooth Blow Dry with AJ to finish my pamper! Thank-you both x

Spent the morning with Dani - she tamed my unruly mane of hair by doing a Brazilian blow dry. I am so pleased at how straight and smooth my hair now is! No more frizzy mess for 4 months 😍 thank-you! x

Hair was so smooth and just what I asked for! Possibly more interaction with the client would be good- asking whether the temperature is right for the hair wash etc.

The facial and back massage was very nice but a few things that could have made it better: a smile or two from the therapist, asking if there were any areas of particular attention for the back massage & a much firmer head massage. It was annoying there were no head bands available to keep the hair from my face. I hope this is helpful and constructive feedback.

The lady was really really lovely and very diligent with the preparation. I was also grateful for the cup of tea. But the gel did leak onto the cutical on one foot which means the finish isn't as polished.

It was the first time we had used Smith and co hair and beauty . We were able to park near it which was a blessing being on a high street . We was welcomed into a gorgeous Saloon with brick and wooden interior it was absolutely gorgeous . We saw AJ for a men’s cut and a women’s cut and blow dry . Had a cheeky hair massage too ☺️ I said what I wanted and AJ smashed it my hair looks and feels amazing! We will be back id rather go to smith and co than anywhere else. Thank you so much 💜

Conor and Daisy offer a fabulous client tailored experience- the best salon in Canterbury! He also fixed my weave despite me not being booked in for that - so professional!

Please forgive my fingers at the rating as I'm like a dinosaur with tech, I want to give Ruby, more that 5 stars, I kept touching the stars until I realised what they meant and then couldn't alter it to show just Great !! She is more than great, she is amazing !!! Ruby from start to finish, was incredibly caring, understanding of my needs and since my radiotherapy last September, i really didn't know my needs. She made me feel at ease immediately, gave as much knowledge as possible that was right just for me. Took great care of me each time I looked in the mirror I saw her amazing talent.
