I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I’ve just had the most incredible signature facial and can’t recommend it enough. I’m 35 weeks pregnant so finding something pregnancy-safe that still delivers results is so important and this was perfect. The pressure during the facial was amazing, so relaxing and exactly what I needed. The dermaplaning has left my skin unbelievably smooth, clean and glowing. Hannah is a skin magician 🪄 i have just completed a custom microdermabrasion facial course with microneedling to prep for my wedding & my skin has never felt and looked better. You’re relaxed the second you walk in & Hannah makes sure the facials are always targeted to your individual needs.
