Firstly, the space is very clean and calming, making the entire atmosphere very comfortable and pleasant. I did the brightening duo facial involving gentle (not manual) extractions + carbon peel laser + pico laser + mask + red light therapy. Joey was very knowledgeable and gentle, educating me on my skin, giving me product recommendations and advice on how to take better care of my skin. I left with my dark spots slightly lightened, radiance and barely any redness. Zero hard selling unlike other places and nothing but warmth and professionalism from her! Results were amazing within the session

I have been doing SHR with Ester for the past few sessions. She always asks if the heat level is alright, and is thorough with the sessions. She also checked in with my hair growth after a few sessions, and asked if i'm okay to increase the heat to reduce the hair growth speed. Highly recommend booking with her especially for those who used to book with Jasmine :)

im korean. As a Korean, I’ve been to many nail salons and luxury aesthetics places, but this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in Singapore. Very professional, systematic, detailed, and efficient. When doing two treatments, two therapists work together so the time is used very efficiently. I’m actually a very picky person, but the quality and retention were so good that I signed a package after just one session.
