I visited Black Ivy again today with the intention of having a top up lip filler. However, Emma was very candid and advised I have a lip dissolve and start again with renewed fillers in order to constantly keep the perfect, enhanced but natural look. I agreed as, I always bow to Emma's expert, medical opinion as I know she always has the client's best interests at the forefront. My fat dissolve is going really well and I am delighted with the results so far. I can't wait to start my new round of lip fillers in 3 weeks. As usual Emma was fantastic as is her lovely receptionist. Perfection.

As always, Emma is amazing at what she does! My first time having Botox so I was SO nervous and she put me at complete ease! She reassured my worries and works quickly and competently which settled my nerves even more so! Also had lip filler done by her which I love! A visit to Emma isn’t just like going to any aesthetician, it’s like going to see a friend! She is honest about what you may or may not need and she is an absolute doll! I cannot recommend Emma highly enough!xx

I visited Black Ivy again today which marks about 1 year since I started getting a variety of treatments from Emma: fat dissolve, fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments and cryotherapy. I am always delighted with the results and would not go anywhere else. The cryotherapy was my most recent treatment that I hadn't had before and the results were nothing short of amazing. All of my skin tags on my neck disappeared almost immediately and did not scar. These tags were uncomfortable and unsightly and I am over the moon my skin is now blemish free. Emma is the best therapist I have ever seen. J

Once again, thank you so much Carley. I can already start to see the results from my treatment and I’m really pleased. Trusting someone with your face can be scary but I honestly feel really safe with Carley and know she wouldn’t give an “overdone” look. I feel like I have a fresher look and feel more confident in myself. She gave me all the aftercare information I needed and is always available to contact if I have any extra questions.
