Kayleigh provides a fantastic deep and focused sports massage. She takes time to discuss your issues and best understand where tension will be located and then targets these areas with precision. Keileigh is very skilled , has an incredible positive and energising that is refreshing! I suffer from Sciatica pain (slipped disc) which found some relief after just 1 session. I already booked my next one!

Kayleigh was very welcoming and friendly. I had a lower body sports massage. Kayleigh concentrated on my sore muscles and knew exactly which area was giving me grief. My movability felt better instantly. The setting and garden cabin is lovely - the most delightful carpet! Would definitely recommend and will be returning again.

This was the first time I tried dry cupping and I was not disappointed! I could feel the release and muscle relaxation during the session - Kayleigh makes you feel at ease and I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I had the Signature Swedish Full Body Massage with Ross and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The pressure was perfect, really relaxing while still working out all the tension and knots. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and so much lighter. Ross was professional, welcoming, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone needing to unwind and treat themselves — I’ll definitely be booking again!

Fantastic experience. Kayleigh explains everything she is doing and why, targeting all the problem areas I’ve mentioned as well others I didn’t even know existed. She also makes you feel very comfortable and is super friendly. Two sessions so far and my body hasn’t felt this good in years! Highly recommend

Kayleigh gave me a warm welcome and the treatment room was spotless, comfortable and relaxing. After discussing my symptoms, Kayleigh administered a decisive and thorough sports massage, while taking care to make sure that I could manage the level of pressure. The massage has released a lot of tightness in my muscles and I have booked in to see Kayleigh again for further treatment.
