I had a lovely experience with Duncan. He was really friendly, easy to chat to and took the time to listen to how I wanted my hair. The salon itself is a real hidden gem, tucked away in Ferring, with a calm, private atmosphere that makes you feel completely at ease. Having free parking right outside was an added bonus too. I left really pleased with my hair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Duncan to anyone looking for a relaxed, personalised salon experience.

This was my first visit to The Secret Salon. Duncan fixed my hair! My last balayage from a different salon was started too low and had lots of different colours in it, he put some new blonde from the top and toned down the rest to my natural colour ready to start again. Genius! In that time was lots of easy conversation and laughter. I would highly recommend and can’t wait for my next visit. Thanks Duncan x

I’ve been going to Chanel for years, even before she joined That Glam Bar, she is the best and nails it every time, I get highlights and toner and she always knows exactly what I’m looking for the result to look like! I would never trust anyone else with my hair! The salon itself is gorg and all the girls seem lovely!

This was the first time I had Tillie do my hair , i was nervy and a bit apprehensive as I've always gone to the same hairdresser but she was on maternity leave. Tillie explained everything to a t , the pros and cons etc. Well , to say I was pleased with the outcome is an understatement. I loved it !! Ive had lots of great comments. A full head of highlights, trim , wash and blow dry amazing ! I will definitely be returning to Tillie, thankyou ☺️ x

I really enjoyed my visit and was very pleased with my highlights and cut by Kayleigh. She kept an eye on time when I had a lunch to get to and checked what I wanted at each stage. I'm planning to go back! Thank you!

I’ve never had highlights before, but everyone helped me through the process and made me feel much more at ease. Katie was fantastic and the results are even better than I imagined. As a guy it was so hard to find anyone round my area that would do highlights but I’m so glad I came here. Great team and amazing results.

My hair looks amazing! I’ve been to Duncan twice now and both times have been amazing. I had a balayage done and it is perfect. My hair looks the best it’s ever looked! I cannot recommend him enough

some salons feel like airport departure lounges. this one is tucked away from the chaos outside, it's the sort of place you almost don't want to recommend because you're afraid everyone else will find it too :) the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed. no rush, no drama, just good conversation, and the feeling that you can actually switch your brain off for a while. so, no stress and a nice hair cut as a bonus! thanks so much.

Katie was amazing as always - she is so knowledgeable, professional, and understanding, and is really sweet. I always enjoy coming to my appointments. I have really seen great results through regular monthly sessions. Highly recommend :)
