After a hair disaster left sections of my hair broken off to only about an inch long, Katie completely saved me. Her extension technique, placement, overall skill have absolutely blown me away. Despite the broken pieces being in such random places, she's managed to create a full head of seamless long hair. It looks so natural that nobody would ever know I'm wearing extensions! She also re-toned my hair to perfectly match the extensions, the final result completely flawless. Katie is incredibly talented, patient, and meticulous, she genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for her clients

Katie was incredible! Doing my Daughters first ever highlights! My Daughter is in love with her new hair and so am I!. Katie made us feel so welcome.. the atmosphere was calming and the level of skill Katie has is unmatched! My daughter has usually struggled with other hairdressers but walked away saying she would love to return to Katie. I wanted to be more blonde but was quite worried about having bleach in my hair again due to past experiences elsewhere. Lottie honestly did an amazing job. A couple of weeks before my colour appointment she cut my hair and styled it with face framing pieces, which I love. Now my balayage colour is lush and my hair feels in great condition! Lottie made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole appointment and took the time to talk everything through with me. I’m really happy with the result and I can’t wait to come back and get my hair done again. Highly recommend! Thank you Lottie
