I had my hair cut today at L.E.V Hair & Beauty and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. My stylist was Mati, and I truly recommend her from the bottom of my heart. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and very professional. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and you can really feel the care for the client. The whole team is lovely and friendly. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be coming back again.

I just got back from my appointment with Edita and I'm absolutely thrilled! For the first time in ages, a hairdresser achieved exactly the result I wanted. I also really appreciated the friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the salon and the fact that Edita chose the perfect color for me quickly and professionally, without trying to upsell anything or overthink it. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love L.E.V hair and beauty i go for my nails eyebrows and hair wouldn't trust anyone else now. I have beening going there since the shop opened. They do a fantastic job on all the things I get done can't recommend them enough. Best place in leicester the team there have become family to me.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I'm a repeat customer & all my experiences are 5 star. I've had different treatments inc full highlights, full scalp bleach, fashion colours and hair cuts when growing my hair out after a buzz cut. I always feel looked after. The hair & styling cuts are of high standard, communication is excellent - it doesn't feel awkward to ask questions or speak up if I think there is misunderstanding of what I want. My expectations are managed considerately & professionally, the advice given is always well reasoned & up to date. I trust everyone in this salon.

I recently came to Sammy for highlights after being dark for a while. Having had a bad experience before at another salon I was super nervous but Sammy was so reassuring and made the experience so lovely. Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever!
