Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

Had highlights, toner& root smudge done today with Ruby & Blow dry with Brooke I’m really pleased with tihe results , really natural looking , I wasn’t sure what I really wanted/needed & Ruby recommended colours which I love , Thankyou Ruby& Brooke amazing as usual xx

Zara-Jade was amazing! My cut and highlights were done to perfection, and I was blown away by her knowledge and expertise. She was incredibly friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I cannot recommend Zara-Jade enough.

I never know how to explain what it is I am imagining, but Laura takes the time to discuss everything with me and gives me her input and I absolutely love the end result!! First visit to Michael , I am one of the many wanting to embrace my natural colour now after years of highlighting my hair - I had grown the highlights out for 6 months. Michael toned my hair to blend the old highlights in and then did a great choppy cut. Haircut fabulous, colour is great - just different/darker to how I normally have it - blends well though. Let’s see if I can get used to it! Excellent friendly professional service and advice.

I visited today to be a ‘model’ for some trainees. I had highlights in a ‘T section’ along with a trim and a blast drying (my hair dries so fast anyway). At any one point I had at least two people working on my hair and I must say everything was perfect….

Lauren did an amazing job with my hair, blending in my balayage beautifully. She was extremely gentle ( even with my challenging curls) and listened to my needs while offering helpful advice. I can’t recommend her or Michael enough. This is my second time visiting and certainly will not be my last! Thank you so much :)

I highly recommend Lauren! She's such a lovely person who makes you feel completely at ease.I have hair extensions, and she always does an amazing job.I'm always really happy with the results and leave feeling so much more confident.
