5 star service, Rene is extremely professional, delivering a great deep tissue massage to relieve pain and provided aftercare stretches to prevent the same issue. Really friendly and easy to talk to, will be going back again.

Amazing first massage yesterday with Rene. I’ve been suffering with back pain for a while now and visited quite a few massage therapists with no luck. An hour and a half with Rene.. I feel brand new!! She was so thorough throughout the whole service, very knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares about helping people. I was abit anxious about having cupping but it was painless, and actually felt so good! Her studio is super cosy, clean, warm and she made me feel really comfortable. Not only this but she is a lovely friendly person. Thank you so much 💕

To say I was nervous before coming to treatment, I was put at ease straight away. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Helping understand my issues better. Also managed to ease my back pain and other muscle issues I had around my shoulders. Will definitely recommend to others and come back again! Thank you!

I started seeing Sarah in my second trimester, and she has supported me all the way through postpartum, to over a year later! She is incredibly knowledgeable about prenatal and postnatal care, and always adapts each session to exactly what my body needs. I love that she always has some handy tips for stretches at the end of our sessions too. I always leave feeling SO much better. She’s not only highly skilled but also funny, professional, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to anyone, especially mums-to-be or new mums with those chronic niggles!

Booked in for a session to get help for the pain in my shins. Miles gave me all the info about my pains and stuff I can do in my own time. The massage exactly what I needed to relieve the pain. Would 100% recommend to anyone with pains or small niggles.

I had an incredible massage experience today and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfectly set up to help me relax.
