Overall - 9.7/10 Barber - 10/10 Haircut service was great. The barber considered the purpose of the haircut and walked me thru the entire process. Place - 9/10 The place is clean and well maintained. Giving a 9 because I was hoping it could be leveled up further. Booking/Cashier - 10/10 Website for booking was easy to use. The page was also responsive to concerns and queries. Other comments: - Kudos to the team for offering a grooming service for my event this Friday, which the haircut package I availed was for. Looking forward to my next appointment again.

Today was my second session & I booked a therapeutic massage with Ms LJ again :) I have more pain now vs my first session because I attended a concert last week. It required long walks & I stood for long hours (standing area). Because of this, I had more pain points other than my back. Ms LJ was able to ease muscle tension on my back, lower back, and legs. I am planning to have a massage session monthly to ease my body pain. Ms LJ did a good job :) will come back and book other service/s also <3

Dr Sam and team were very sweet and helpful. From the moment I walked in as a new client, I felt welcomed and the clinic looked so modern and clean. I did the skin analysis then Jawtox, and they provided a small snack and water while I waited. I’ll check back in on results but the process felt smooth and informative. I’d love to come back for more self-care and try other treatments when I have more time!

Amazing ambiance, warm and professional staff, superior massage techniques. Perfect place to relax and find some quiet me time.

I felt very relaxed. She was able to soften all the knots in my back. Will be going back soon!

I had a great experience with my carbon-pico laser. The aesthetician was very considerate and kept checking on me, even apologizing whenever the procedure felt a bit painful. I really appreciated how gentle and caring she was. She also recommended products to help treat my pimples and pimple marks. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it.

It was my first time in Mo. Ignacia branch, the place is a bit difficult to find there should be more signages downstairs and along the corridor. The place is relaxing and Rea was very accomodating, I can say she is really warm and does the job well. She explained every question I raised. I will soon be returning again. :)
