Gemma is literally the light in my life, she helped me totally transform every aspect of myself for the better & has given my family the best and healthiest version of me which is the greatest gift. Her support knows no limits, her care and empathy is endless and she is without doubt one of the most selfless people I know. Never have I got this far on my journey before, I am at the point now where I would usually give up and allow all the bad thoughts and ways to come back but with Gemma’s support I will break the cycle. Positive mindset switched back on….
