I had a philtrum piercing done by Torreya which is my first piercing in a long time. Everything was explained thoroughly, there was a lovely selection of jewellery available and I was talked through all options and aftercare. The actual piercing was great, Torreya and Gemma were kind, kept me informed on what was happening at each stage & I left with a gorgeous new piercing! Thank you ladies 💖

My ten year old had her first piercing today. She was a bit nervous. But Charlie was absolutely amazing and was very patient. Gemma also helps distracting too. I now have one very happy girl, who didn't know why she was so worried, as it didn't really hurt. Thankyou so much for making her first piercing a positive experience. Loved how clean everything was as well.

Emma has been amazing with my alterations for my wedding dress. She is so lovely puts you completely at ease and knows exactly what to do with the dress to make the most perfect fit. She even trimmed a veil I had bought to try and made it look like a brand new veil which I am now going to wear for my wedding day!
