Due to clashing diaries I travelled to St Albans for my brow top up appt with Kelly as we couldn’t work out an appt for Knottingley where I would usually go, however there’s no distance I wouldn’t travel as she is just amazing! Kelly was super patient with me, answering all my questions and making sure I was happy with the eyebrows. She explained all the aftercare thoroughly. Would definitely recommend.

Kelly was absolutely amazing! I’d wanted to get my eyebrows done for a long time but was terrified they’d end up too dark or the wrong shape. As someone who was a bit clueless about the process, I really appreciated how patient and lovely Kelly was. She explained everything with such a calm, professional manner that I felt at ease. She is a total perfectionist, I trusted her completely from start to finish, and the results prove why. kelly is genuinely the most loveliest & patient lady i’ve ever met, she did my brows perfect despite me being so difficult in how i wanted them. she discussed with me what would & wouldn’t suit my face and comprised well with me on the shape, altering what i prefer and what she agrees would look good. thank you so much kelly, the brows have been life changing & i appreciate you lots :))
