It was so nice chatting with Ronnie, and totally revitalized my hair and scalp. It was such a relaxing appointment and my hair has probably never felt this soft and smooth. Ronnie had great advice about aftercare and ways to treat my scalp at home. The spa beds were so relaxing and peaceful! 100% every woman needs this treatment at some point 🤗

Spa is beautiful and clean. She definitely worked my muscles but I was very sore for several days after. I guess I was expecting more of a relaxing massage where I could almost fall asleep. This was more like a sports massage and deep tissue, which I wasn't expecting.

Emily Vail is great! I felt comfortable around her, she explained every step of my treatment. Emily recommended the products she used on my scalp and hair and at the end she had the items at the front desk for me to view and make my purchase. I have a hard time relaxing overall and Emily helped me felt super relaxed throughout the entire treatment. The experience overall is always amazing!

This was my first visit to the spa, I wasn’t sure what to expect, was pleasantly surprised I have the attention to detail they provided. Starting with offering a beverage as we waited, to the consultation, the massage room, where it is dimly lit room where you lay on a massage table while getting the hair treatment. Absolutely wonderful, relaxing, and stress relieving process. Once that’s completed, you get a nice cup of tea and consultation on the improvement, your hair received. I would definitely recommend going and giving it a try.

What gem! The atmosphere, experience, staff, products, and tools they use are best in class! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the staff and spa create the most relaxing atmosphere. I’ve struggled with intense dandruff pretty much my whole life and have literally tried EVERYTHING from natural products to prescription shampoo. My scalp and hair have never felt better, I will definitely be coming back regularly. I booked my treatment with Ariel and she was amazing, she went above and beyond to make it the experience every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend!

I recently had the most amazing HydraFacial experience with Nava. The HydraFacial itself was incredible. Enjoyed an amazing HydraFacial treatment with Nava! My skin looks and feels incredible and i feel completely relaxed after my service. The spa itself is beautiful and welcoming and immediately feels calming and luxurious when you walk in. I am signing up for the membership to make these visits a regular part of my self care routine—maybe scalp care therapy next time?

We had a wonderful couples spa day . The scalp treatment was very relaxing and the chair massages while doing this is great . The 90 minute massage was excellent and a quality massage . The massages also went the full time and were not shorted which is great also . This is a very nice new and clean establishment to get relaxing and healing massages !!! Me and my wife will be back .

My boyfriend and I had two couples massage at Serenity Retreat and Spa, and it was such a wonderful experience both times. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming. We have both been treated by Ella on separate occasions and she was amazing. This last time we saw Aimee who was equally great, and Sophia was great too! We chose the Hot Stones as an Add On which was great. They had great strength, checked in regularly to make sure the pressure was comfortable, and seemed very intuitive about the areas that needed extra attention.

Another great experience at Serenity. From reception to leaving, totally professional and welcomed. Ky, Joyce, Nava and Ella made my visit relaxing.
